The firm was founded in 2004 in the Chicago/Milwaukee market by Doug Franklin who previously held several industrial executive leadership positions during the first 30 years of his career. After leaving a position of President for a Milwaukee based manufacturer, Doug decided to offer his years of management experience to the executive recruiting industry.
Doug's background in senior level management helps him to more thoroughly understand his Client's position requirements. With this in-depth focus, Doug is able to custom design a search strategy to cost effectively meet and exceed his Client's expectations.
Epic Business Strategies' hospitality focus is managed by Beth Franklin who has more than 20 years of direct senior leadership experience in the hotel, meeting planning, and event management business. Having worked for International firms, Beth has a global perspective and network of contacts which allows our firm to source talent for local, national, and international positions.
